Sospechoso por muerte de Samuel está libre, cambia de domicilio y retoma el colegio

Un joven de 15 años sospechoso de participar en la balacera que cobró la vida del niño Samuel Arroyo Valverde, de 8 años, quedó en libertad el pasado 29 de marzo. Cambió de domicilio y retomó sus estudios en el colegio. Esto luego de una revisión de medidas.
La información fue confirmada por el abogado defensor del menor, Walter Chaves, al medio digital CRHoy.com.
De acuerdo con Chaves, él solicitó una revisión de videos de cámaras de seguridad y el Ministerio Público analizó el cambio de medidas, pues en un inicio, el menor había quedado con una detención provisional por dos meses.
El jurista, explicó al citado medio que el día de la tragedia ocurrieron dos balaceras de forma independiente, una a las 11:30 p.m. y otra pasada la medianoche.
Chaves manifestó que no hay un solo testigo que haya indicado que vio al menor participar en la segunda balacera.
Sobre la primera balacera indicó que alguien reportó a una persona con “características similares” a las del menor.
El caso
El pequeño Samuel Arroyo Valverde falleció tras recibir un impacto de bala, de un arma AK47, el domingo 26 de febrero en Zapote, San José.
De acuerdo con el padre del menor, cerca de su vivienda ocurrieron unos disparos, una bala perdida entró por el techo e impactó a su hijo que en ese momento se encontraba durmiendo en una cama.
El pequeño fue traslado al Hospital Nacional de Niños donde luchó por su vida por varios días.
