Cartago está listo para las semifinales, Wanchope envió un mensaje de advertencia a los otros equipos
El equipo de Cartaginés a estado envuelto en la polémica los últimos días.
El técnico del Club Sport Cartaginés, Paulo César Wanchope, envió un contundente mensaje a los rivales de la fase final del torneo, para que se preparen para lo que viene.
Según expresó Wanchope, Cartago está listo para las semifinales, mismas a las cuales entra con mucha fuerza.
Estas declaraciones del técnico brumoso se dan luego, de las situaciones con las que han tenido que lidiar en los últimos días, como es el vedo del Estadio Fello Meza por el Comité de Licencias, así como todo el show mediático que se hizo en el controversial juego ante Grecia, partido que empataron 1 a 1 y con el cual lograron llegar al tercer amarrando su pase a la siguiente fase del campeonato nacional.
“Nosotros a pesar de todas las circunstancias entendíamos que debíamos sacar la tarea. Con muchas ganas y con toda la ilusión del mundo, ya tenemos una preocupación menos en cuánto a sacar los puntos, todavía queremos ese segundo objetivo que es clasificar al torneo internacional, pero Cartaginés entra a las semifinales con mucha fuerza, por todo lo que ha pasado, tranquilos y muy atentos a lo que podemos controlar que es el trabajo y planificación, el objetivo es entrar bien concentrados”, expresó Wanchope en conferencia de prensa.
En cuanto al partido antes el cuadro griego, los brumosos están a la espera de la resolución del Comité de Competición, a quién le solicitaron la asignación de los tres puntos del encuentro, esto debido a una serie de irregularidades que se presentaron en el partido ante Grecia.
La decisión de dicha resolución se dará a conocer en el transcurso de la semana, y de ser positiva esta, los blanquiazules asegurarían su campo en la Copa Centroamericana de la Concacaf, de ser negativa, deberán sacar la victoria ante Sporting FC en la última fecha del torneo de Clausura.
