Sospechoso de doble asesinato en Limón fue encontrado muerto en Nicaragua
Sospechoso portaba falsa identidad y documentos nicaragüenses.
José Fredy Luna Valle, el sospechoso de la desaparición y asesinato de dos jóvenes costarricenses en Limón en febrero pasado, fue encontrado muerto en Chinandega, Nicaragua el 13 de abril anterior.
La información la dio a conocer el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) este sábado.
Se cree que Valle murió por asfixia mecánica por sofocación, aunque no se han dado más detalles al respecto.
Valle era buscado por las autoridades costarricenses por la desaparición de Kristel Patricia Aguilar, de 22 años, y Nahomy Ramírez Jiménez, de 21, quienes fueron vistas por última vez el 17 de febrero.
Las autoridades internacionales también están buscando a otro ciudadano hondureño en relación con este caso, quien es sospechoso de haber matado a varios transportistas en Honduras.
Dos costarricenses están actualmente en prisión preventiva mientras se lleva a cabo la investigación.
Valle también era buscado en su país por intentar matar a su esposa y a su suegra en 2022.
Las investigaciones del OIJ indican que él y otros hombres forman parte de una organización criminal que opera en el Caribe de Costa Rica.
