Revelan crueldad en guardería de Heredia: niños comían en el piso
Esto no fue lo único que se descubrió.
Un nuevo escándalo surge en el campo de la educación infantil en Costa Rica. Hace unos días, Noticias Telediario reveló que en el Centro Infantil Trompetitas, ubicado en San Pablo de Heredia, los niños eran obligados a comer en el piso en un ambiente sucio e insalubre.
Las imágenes transmitidas en el informativo mostraron a los pequeños comiendo en condiciones inadecuadas. Sin embargo, esto no fue lo único que se descubrió.
En el centro infantil, las educadoras engañaban a los padres al respecto de la higiene bucal de los niños, colocando pasta de dientes en los cepillos, distribuyéndola y luego enjuagándolos, para simular que los pequeños se habían lavado los dientes.
Por otra parte, en el momento de la merienda y el almuerzo, las profesoras no proporcionaban a los niños la comida que habían traído de casa. En lugar de eso, a las docentes les ordenaban botar parte de la comida de los niños y les ofrecían solo una pequeña porción, para hacer creer a los padres que habían comido lo suficiente.
Las sillas del centro infantil tenían clavos que rasgaban y agujereaban la ropa de los niños. Ante las quejas de los padres, las profesoras trataban de justificar esta situación, afirmando que se debía a que los pequeños habían jugado en el tobogán.
Cuando aumentó el número de quejas de los padres, se les ordenó a las profesoras dejar a los niños en pañales para que no quedara evidencia.
“Dejarlos sin pantaloncito que anduvieran en pañales y como ya se había dado muchas veces no íbamos a poder a dar la misma respuesta de que ellos estuvieron jugando en el tobogán o venían así de la casa porque hubo muchos padres que ya no se creían eso”, comentó la docente.
Además, las profesoras tenían prohibido hablar entre ellas y entablar amistad.
El Ministerio de Salud y el Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI) intervinieron en el centro infantil, que actualmente permanece cerrado.
