Condenan a un abuelo y a un hermano por abusar sexualmente de dos menores de edad
Uno de los acusados irá 25 años a la cárcel y el otro ocho años.
Increíble, pero cierto, este lunes 24 de abril, en el Tribunal Penal de Heredia, condenaron a dos hombres quienes son abuelo y hermano de dos menores de edad, por ser responsables de cometer el delito de abuso sexual en contra las menores.
De acuerdo con el Ministerio Público, el abuelo de las menores identificado con los apellidos Mena Mora, cumplirá 25 años de cárcel, mientras que el hermano apellidado Mena Bravo, descontará ocho.
“El Ministerio Público acreditó que el primero es responsable de la comisión de cinco delitos, por lo que recibió una pena de 25 años de cárcel, mientras que el segundo cumplirá ocho años, tras comprobarse que es culpable de dos delitos de esta naturaleza.
De acuerdo con la acusación fiscal, Mena Mora es abuelo de las ofendidas, mientras que el otro imputado (Mena Bravo) es hermano de estas”.
Con respecto a los hechos, el departamento de prensa del Ministerio Público indicó que, por parte del abuelo los actos contra las menores fueron cometidos entre marzo del 2010 y el 31 de diciembre del 2015.
Esto cuando las menores iban de visita a la casa del abuelo en San Francisco de Heredia y este aprovechaba para cometer las las agresiones sexuales.
Mientras, que el hermano de las afectadas, cometió los hechos entre el 01 de julio del 2017 y el 28 de febrero del 2018, esto en el mismo lugar.
En este caso el imputado aprovechaba que se queda ciertos momentos a solas con una de sus hermanas, para cometer el delito sexual.
De momento ambos incriminados deberán cumplir medidas cautelares mientras la sentencia queda en firme.
