¿Regresa Riteve? Empresa busca volver a dar servicio de revisión técnica en Costa Rica
La presentación de un recurso de objeción sugiere que esta empresa podría estar considerando regresar a ofrecer sus servicios.
La empresa española Riteve SyC, la cual proporcionó el servicio de revisión técnica en Costa Rica desde 2002 hasta mediados del 2022, mostró interés en regresar al país.
Según informó el periódico La República, recientemente la firma presentó un recurso de objeción contra el cartel para preseleccionar a los futuros operadores de la revisión técnica vehicular en nuestro país.
Riteve presentó el recurso bajo el argumento de que el pliego presenta contradicciones con la Ley General de Contratación Pública, al igual que el proceso de contratación y los requisitos de admisibilidad.
Dekra, el actual operador, también objetó ante la Contraloría sobre la zona en donde operarían los seleccionados y otras cuestiones técnicas del cartel.
La fecha límite para presentar ofertas es el 23 de mayo, y se espera que la empresa seleccionada comience a operar a partir de noviembre del 2024.
