Consumidor hace fuerte crítica a leche Dos Pinos en Tiktok y cooperativa responde
“¿Qué le está metiendo Dos Pinos a la leche? ¿Qué estamos consumiendo?”, cuestionó el hombre.
A través de TikTok, un hombre compartió la mala experiencia que tuvo con un producto de la Cooperativa de productores de Leche Dos Pinos.
El usuario @bragi506 puso en evidencia la mala calidad del contenido de un cartón de leche que adquirió.
En el clip, el consumidor molesto relató que en su casa acostumbran hervir la leche antes de usarla. Ese día, su madre compró la caja de leche de corta duración, la más común. Cuando la hirvió para agregarla al café en la tarde, descubrió que el líquido estaba cortado y parecía leche agria, por lo que no se pudo consumir.
Con el fin de evitar dudas, el hombre decidió volver a hervir la leche y grabar todo el proceso. Para su sorpresa, el resultado fue el mismo: leche cortada.
Tras una consulta de diario La Teja, la Cooperativa Dos Pinos aclaró que su versión de corta duración es sometida a un tratamiento térmico para eliminar microorganismos y proteger la salud del consumidor. Esta presentación debe mantenerse entre los 2°C y 6°C para evitar su deterioro por la combinación de calor y otros factores, lo que puede hacer que la leche se vuelva agria, se corte o se coagule.
La compañía afirmó que el lote mencionado en un video crítico fue analizado y cumple con las especificaciones de calidad e inocuidad del producto, sin quejas de otros consumidores o puntos de venta.
