Caso Keibril Amira: PANI recibió tres alertas de diferentes fuentes acerca del embarazo de la joven
La bebé de nueve meses está desparecida desde el pasado domingo 9 de abril.
La pequeña Keibril Amira Amador de nueve meses, ya tiene más de 96 horas desaparecida y las autoridades siguen sin dar con rastro alguno de la menor, situación que tiene en vela a todo el país desde del pasado domingo 9 de abril, que le fue arrebatada a su mamá de 13 años de los brazos en el sector de Cervantes de Cartago.
Dicha situación a dejado en evidencia la situación en la que vivía la menor, quien con tan solo 12 años ya se convertía en madre, esto producto de una violación de un hombre quien era su padrastro identificado con los apellidos Casasola Salas, y quien aparente es padre de la bebé desaparecida, mismo que hoy es el principal sospechoso de la desaparición de Keibril Amira.
Una de las denuncia se dio por parte de la tía paterna de la mamá de la bebé sustraída, Yosseth García Garita, quien compartió un video en sus redes sociales hablando del tema y denunciado al Mani, y quien también conversó con CRHoy.com, contando como se dio la situación por su parte.
“Cuando mi sobrina quedó embarazada, que nos dimos cuenta a los 6 meses del embarazo, obviamente queremos, en el momento, pues indagar, de cómo, de quién es, es una niña, en ese momento tenía 12 años, entonces surgieron muchas preguntas, y lo que la mamá decía, Fabiola, que no se metan en lo que no les importaba, nadie de la familia, ni de la familia materna, ni de la familia paterna; entonces yo llamé al PANI de Paraíso y el PANI, obviamente no hizo nada porque yo les dejé a ellos saber mi inquietud; yo se los dije, existen pruebas de ADN, háganle pruebas a ese señor (Casasola Salas)”, comentó García al medio.
Asimismo, hace unos días se dio a conocer que otras de las alertas que recibió el Patronato salió desde el Hospital Max Peralta, de Cartago, quienes según indicaron recomendaron a la entidad realizar un abordaje prioritario para garantizar la protección de la pequeña, de 9 meses, y de su madre, de tan solo 13 años.
“Según consta en las documentaciones respectivas, el egreso de la paciente y su bebé fue autorizado por autoridades del PANI al tiempo que se emitieron de parte del centro médico las recomendaciones para que el abordaje posterior que se brindara a la madre y su hija se diera de manera interinstitucional y prioritaria de forma que se garantizara la protección de la menor y su bebé”, indicó el Seguro Social.
Por su parte, el Patronato Nacional de la Infancia, este jueves 13 de abril, emitió un comunicado de prensa, donde indicó que se hicieron cargo de los dos hermanos de la madre de 13 años, quienes tienen dos y nueve años.
“El Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI) asumió la protección de los dos hermanos de la adolescente madre de la bebé desaparecida dado el riesgo y la vulnerabilidad y constituyó un Órgano Disciplinario Colegiado para determinar la verdad real de los hechos y tomar las medidas correspondientes respecto de la intervención institucional”, explicaron en un comunicado.
Con respecto al detenido, deberá cumplir una prisión preventiva de seis meses, el mismo ya fue trasladado a las celdas de uno de los pabellones del centro penitenciario La Reforma.
En cuanto a las autoridades no bajan los esfuerzos por tratar de dar con el paradero o los resto en el peor de los casos de Keibril Amira Amador de tan solo nueve meses.
