Hipótesis de las autoridades sobre el rapto de la bebé de 8 meses toma cada vez más fuerza
La menor ya habría confesado que Casasola abusó de ella y la dejó embarazada.
Conforme pasan las horas la hipótesis de que un hombre costarricense de apellidos Casasola Salas, de 34 años, es el principal sospechoso del robo de la bebé Keibril Amira García Amador, de 8 meses, toma más fuerza.
Ya que según se dio a conocer hace algunos minutos, según fuentes judiciales cercanas al caso a AM Prensa, la menor de 13 años madre de la bebé, confesó al Organismo de investigación judicial que su padrastro (Casasola) fue quien la violó y la dejó embarazada.
Sin embargo, a Casasola, dichas pruebas se le realizaran de todas maneras según confirmó el director interino del OIJ, Randall Zúñiga, ya que cuentan con otras evidencias para realizar los exámenes.
“La niña de 13 años es víctima de violencia de género, la Convención Interamericana para prevenir y erradicar la violencia sobre las mujeres establece que no hay que generar ningún tipo de estereotipo, entonces nosotros como Organismo de Investigación Judicial no estamos generando ningún tipo de estereotipo al respecto”, expresó Zúñiga.
En cuanto a Casasola, las autoridades ya le interpusieron seis meses de prisión preventiva, debido a que deberá responder ante la justicia por los delitos de rapto y violación.
