Levantan impedimento de salida del país a empresarios de construcción Carlos Cerdas, propietario de Meco, y Mélida Solís, dueña de la H.Solís.
El juez Félix Castellón del Juzgado Penal de Heredia y la Función Pública levantó la medida en la última audiencia de medidas cautelares que se llevó a cabo esta semana.
Ambos empresarios pasaron nueve meses en la cárcel cumpliendo prisión preventiva y luego cumplieron seis meses de arresto domiciliario con monitoreo electrónico.
El 26 de septiembre de 2022, el Tribunal Penal de Hacienda cambió la medida de privación de libertad por otras medidas cautelares que siguen vigentes incluyendo: mantener domicilio fijo y actualizado, no tener contacto con testigos, no acercarse a las instalaciones del Consejo Nacional de Vialidad (Conavi), e informar al Ministerio Público tres días antes de salir del país sobre el destino, fecha de salida y regreso, medida cautelar de carácter atípico.
