Hombre es condenado por asesinar a vecino que se negaba a recoger el excremento de sus perros
El condenado, identificado como Gustavo Adolfo Rodríguez Zapata, huyó tras matar al hombre que supuestamente se negaba a recoger el excremento que sus perros dejaban en zonas comunes.
El Juzgado Penal de Medellín, Colombia condenó a 46 años y 4 meses de prisión a Gustavo Adolfo Rodríguez Zapata, alias ‘Tavo’, por asesinar a su vecino, quien supuestamente no recogía el excremento de sus perros.
La Fiscalía declaró que Rodríguez fue condenado por los delitos de homicidio agravado y porte ilegal de armas de fuego de defensa personal.
Los hechos ocurrieron en el barrio Aranjuez de Medellín, en la noche del 9 de julio de 2020. Las autoridades indican que la víctima, identificada como Jhonatan Estiven Rincón Sanmiguel, de 20 años, fue herido con 6 impactos de bala mientras paseaba a sus mascotas. Falleció en el lugar de los hechos.
Mediante un comunicado, el ente judicial informó que “los investigadores establecieron que la víctima y su agresor, residentes en un mismo edificio, discutían con frecuencia porque el primero, al parecer, no recogía los excrementos que dejaban sus mascotas en la zona común del inmueble”.
A pesar de que el asesino huyó del sitio del siniestro en una motocicleta, Ricardo Romero Moreno, director de la seccional Medellín de la Fiscalía, declaró que las autoridades lograron capturarlo el 6 de octubre de dicho año. Así mismo, desveló que la defensa apeló la decisión ante la sala penal del tribunal superior de Medellín.
