¡Indignante! Hombre de 84 años denuncia que en la CCSS le dieron cita hasta el 2027 para tratar un cáncer
Al señor le detectaron un cáncer que debe ser removido con cirugía.
Una situación realmente indignante le tocó vivir a Carlos Gutiérrez Cordero, de 84 años, quien fue detectado con un cáncer y la respuesta que recibió por parte de un centro médico de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), fue sorprendente.
Según relató el señor a La Nación, su médico le remitió a la Caja al detectarle un carcinoma en la nariz, que es un tumor que se forma en las células o tejidos de la piel y el cual debe removerse con cirugía.
El señor quien es vecino de Cartago, con un poco de humor, indicó que seguro esperan que para el 2027, su esposa llegue a la cita pero con un certificado de defunción.
“Y que no se le olvide a mi esposa llevar mi cédula porque si no…. nonis. La cita es a las 9:15 de la mañana por lo que deberá estar a las 8:45 porque si no no hay atención para mi caso y me dejan guindando… ¿para otra oportunidad?”, agregó.
Ante dicha situación y debido a que el cáncer requería de una cirugía para ser removido, el adulto mayor no tuvo más opción que intervenirse en un centro médico privado, donde se lo extirparon y según comentó estaba “del tamaño de una arveja”.
“Nunca como aquí aplica el refrán ‘de chiquitos van pa’ grandes’. La operación, claro, en una clínica privada aquí en Cartago y eso apareja sus buenos ‘chuminillos’”, agregó en su denuncia.
