Tras dejar Guatemala por malos resultados, Douglas Sequeira ya tiene nuevo trabajo en la Fedefútbol
Además, del asistente técnico de Luis Fernando Suárez, también contrataron al sustituto de Luis Gabelo Conejo.
El Comité Ejecutivo de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (Fedefútbol) este miércoles 8 de marzo, fichó a dos nuevos miembros de la Selección Nacional de Fútbol, sin embargo, estos han generado todo tipo de reacciones ya que uno de ellos recientemente dejó su puesto de director técnico en Guatemala, por temas de malos resultados.
Se trata del técnico nacional Douglas Sequeira, quien ahora será el nuevo asistente técnico de Luis Fernando Suárez en la Selección Mayor.
“También se contrata a Douglas Sequeira como nuevo asistente técnico de Luis Fernando Suárez en la Selección Mayor, otro puesto que estaba vacante tras la salida de Ronald Gómez”
La contratación de Sequeira, sorprendió a muchos debido a su reciente salida del Deportivo Mixco de Guatemala, además, de que cuando fue el técnico de la sub 23 en el último proceso olímpico no le fue nada bien.
Por otra parte, el Comité Ejecutivo, tomó un acuerdo con respecto al tema relacionado al arbitraje que tanto a dado que haber en las últimas semanas.
“El Comité Ejecutivo nombró una Comisión Interventora para analizar el trabajo de la Comisión de Arbitraje. Esta Comisión Interventora estará conformada por tres miembros del Comité: Sergio Hidalgo, Víctor Alfaro y Alexander Chacón, y también participará el secretario general, Gustavo Araya”, indice el comunicado de la Fedefútbol.
