Detienen a hombre señalado de abusar de su pequeño hijo, un niño de apenas 3 años
El sujeto, además, habría contagiado a su hijo con una enfermedad de transmisión sexual. La mamá de la víctima también fue capturada.
Una fiscal de Mendoza, Argentina, ordenó la detención de un hombre que es señalado de abusar sexualmente de su hijo de 3 años y contagiarlo de sífilis. La captura se dio cuando se confirmó que la madre y la hermana menor de este pequeño también padecen la misma enfermedad.
El pasado miércoles, 8 de febrero de 2023, fue puesto en libertad el principal sospechoso de este abuso, se trataba de un vecino al cual la propia víctima llamaba “padrino” y que había sido acusado por la familia del menor de haber abusado de él.
Sin embargo, la fiscal de Delitos Sexuales de Mendoza, María de las Mercedes Moya, decidió desvincularlo del caso luego de ser analizado y dar negativo para sífilis.
Un día después, el padre del menor fue vinculado al caso y detenido después de dar positivo por esta enfermedad, ocasionada por una infección bacteriana que suele generarse por el contacto sexual. La mamá del niño también fue arrestada por las autoridades.
De acuerdo con el medio local El Nueve, este caso se dio a conocer el pasado lunes cuando la madre del niño llegó a un hospital, donde fue asistida por los médicos, y durante una entrevista a la mujer, ella manifestó que su hijo había sido víctima de un abuso sexual.
Aunque no se ha confirmado que el menor haya sido abusado, los médicos forenses trabajan para determinar cómo se produjo el contagio de esta enfermedad.
