Detienen a dos personas sospechosas de vender drogas por medio de comida y bebidas en una soda
Los actos delictivos se desarrollaban en el sector de La Merced en San José.
Este jueves 9 de febrero, los agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), destacados en la Sección de Estupefacientes, dieron con la detención de dos personas, tras un allanamiento a una vivienda y una soda, en el sector de la Merced en San José.
Según trascendió, los detenidos son sospechosos de cometer el delito de infracción a Ley de Psicotrópicos, esto debido a que tras una investigación, las autoridades lograron determinar que en esta soda y vivienda al parecer se trasegaba aparentes drogas, en los diferentes platos de comida o bebidas que suministraban.
“De acuerdo al informe preliminar, la investigación inició hace algunos meses y se logró determinar que en esta soda y vivienda al parecer se trasegaba aparentes drogas, siendo que en apariencia se incluía las presuntas drogas en los diferentes platos de comida o bebidas”, informó el OIJ.

En cuanto a los detenidos, son una mujer de 35 años y un hombre de 40 años, quienes quedaron en manos de las autoridades correspondientes para que se les determine su situación jurídica.
