Sospechosos de cometer la masacre en Matama de Limón, deberán pasar dos meses más en prisión
Siete personas fallecieron en la finca localizada en Matama.
Dos meses más de prisión preventiva deberán pasar los cuatro hombres sospechosos de cometer los presuntos delitos de homicidio, en la masacre de siete personas en una finca localizada en Matama, de Limón, esto por resolución del Juzgado Penal de la provincia caribeña.
Los hombres quienes fueron identificados con los apellidos Arias, Pantoja, Zapata y Duarte, serían los responsables de cometer los asesinatos en marzo de 2022.
“Aparentemente, el hecho se dio por una disputa entre bandas de tráfico de drogas. Al parecer, los imputados llegaron al sitio y dispararon en múltiples ocasiones hiriendo de muerte a las 7 personas”, detalla el Poder Judicial.
Según trascendió en aquel momento, las víctimas iban en un vehículo todoterreno cuando fueron sorprendidos por otro carro, y en un determinado momento comenzó un intercambio de balas, terminando los fallecidos con varios impactos en diferentes partes del cuerpo, pero principalmente en la cabeza.
En cuanto a los fallecidos, el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) los identificó como Leonardo Pérez Bonilla, 39 años; Danny Hernández Fernández, 46 años; Alejandro Salazar López, 26 años; Michael Kelly Davis, 29 años; Royandy Cook Beckford, 21 años; Diván Michel Bustos, 34 años y José Bernardo Montoya Arias, de 51 años.
Entre ellos fallecidos, destacó la muerte de Hernández Fernández, alias “Ratón”, quien era bastante conocido por las autoridades policiales y judiciales por su peligrosidad y relación con temas de drogas, tentativas de homicidios y amenazas agravadas.
Con respecto a los imputados, estos fueron detenidos poco después por las autoridades.
