Detienen a una mujer tras la misteriosa muerte de su hijo de 3 años quien presentaba signos de tortura
La pareja de la detenida y padrastro del menor se mantiene en fuga.
Una mujer de nacionalidad nicaragüense, identificada con los apellidos Rodríguez Méndez, fue detenida por las autoridades, esto luego de que el sábado 28 de enero, su hijo de tres años falleciera en condiciones muy extrañas y con señales de tortura.
Según trascendió, el menor fue trasladado por la Cruz Roja Costarricense el día sábado al ser pasadas las 12:10pm, hasta el Hospital San Rafael de Alajuela, lugar donde fue declarado fallecido minutos después de su ingreso.
“Estaba en una condición crítica, con los signos vitales muy por debajo de los parámetros normales. El paciente iba en paro cardiorrespiratorio, se trabajó bajo el protocolo de RCP avanzado”, indicó la Cruz Roja.
Sin embargo, según trascendió Rodríguez Méndez, fue detenida tras un allanamiento en su vivienda en Sabanilla, Alajuela, esto en un sector conocido como El Cerro.
En cuanto al pequeño presentaba varias costillas fracturadas, moretones y al parecer lesiones en el ano, una fractura en un brazo y dientes quebrados.
Con respecto a la mamá del fallecido, quedó en manos del Ministerio Público, quienes se encargarán de determinar si se le abrirá una causa por el deceso de su hijo.
Asimismo, trascendió que las autoridades también giraron una orden de captura contra el padrastro del niño, quien también es de nacionalidad nicaragüense, pero este no se encontraba en la vivienda, por lo que se mantienen buscándolo.
