Mujer resultó con graves heridas en un brazo, tras quedársele prensado en una maquina compactadora
Los rescatistas trabajaron durante tres horas para liberar el brazo de la víctima.
La tarde de este lunes 23 de enero, al ser pasadas las 2:30pm, se reportó una emergencia en San Pablo de Barva, en Heredia, donde por razones desconocidas una mujer de 29 años, terminó con uno de sus brazos prensado en una máquina compactadora de metal.
Para atender dicho incidente al lugar se trasladaron rescatistas del Cuerpo de Bomberos y de la Cruz Roja, que según indicaron tardaron casi tres horas trabajando en la liberación del brazo izquierdo de la víctima.
Según comentó la supervisora en la central del Cuerpo de Bomberos, al ser aproximadamente las 4:44pm, los rescatistas procedieron a cortar los pines que aseguraban la plancha de la máquina compactadora, para así lograr liberar a la afectada.
Al momento de su rescate los paramédicos de la Cruz Roja procedieron a estabilizar y atender a la mujer, para luego trasladarla de emergencia al Hospital San Vicente de Paul, ya que presentaba heridas graves en su brazo.
Los hechos ocurrieron específicamente en una empresa ubicada un kilómetro al norte de la iglesia católica de San Pablo de Barva.
La identidad de la mujer no trascendió, así como también se desconoce su estado actual de salud.
