Quizás usted es de las personas que sintió que este viernes inició más frío de lo normal, y es que según indicaron los expertos del Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN), las temperaturas que se presentaron en gran parte del país este 6 de enero, fueron bastante bajas a tal punto que el Cerro de la Muerte fue la zona que tuvo el número más bajo, con 2 grados.
Además, según informaron los expertos, el segundo lugar con el reporte de más frío fue el Volcán Irazú, donde se presentó en horas de la madrugada temperaturas de 2.9 grados.
Los especialistas del IMN, indicaron que la sensación térmica fue aún más baja que las temperaturas como tal, ya que, en el Cerro de la Muerte, la sensación fue -2 grados en horas de la madrugada.
Asimismo, los expertos del IMN, indicaron que para el primer fin de semana del año se espera que siga el mismo patrón ventoso y de baja humedad sobre el territorio nacional.
“Como es usual en enero, el viento alisio se encuentra acelerado en el Mar Caribe y la atmósfera sobre América Central se encuentra muy estable, favoreciendo la presencia de una masa de aire seco en la región”, indicaron los expertos.
