El chofer de Uber vinculado al caso de acoso sexual ya presentó su contrademanda
El caso quedó en manos de las autoridades judiciales quienes deberán esclarecer lo sucedido.
Desde este lunes 19 de diciembre, que anda circulando una publicación en redes sociales que denuncia un caso de acoso sexual y exhibicionismo por parte de un conductor de la plataforma de transportes Uber, hacía una usuaria de la aplicación.
A raíz de dicha denuncia son dos las versiones que se han escuchado hasta el momento, una por parte de la mujer quien en apariencia vivió una terrible experiencia, y la otra del chofer, quien salió en su defensa y niega lo sucedido.
Razón por la cual este martes 20 de diciembre, el conductor involucrado e identificado como Christian Paniagua, decidió presentar una contrademanda contra la pasajera apellidada Arroyo, por los delitos de difamación y uso no autorizado de su imagen.

El sospechoso de cometer el acoso y exhibicionismo, está siendo apoyado por la asociación de conductores de la plataforma.
Si bien es cierto ambas partes involucradas indican que realizaron sus respectivos reportes a la aplicación, según sus versiones de lo sucedido, el conductor por su parte le está solicitando a Uber, que verifique los detalles del viaje y revisen sí coinciden con lo que denuncia la muchacha.
Asimismo, trascendió que ambos ya presentaron sus respectivas denuncias ante las autoridades, quienes ahora están a cargo del caso y deberán investigar para así esclarecer lo que realmente sucedió esa noche.

Con respecto al trabajo del conductor, dese el día que salió la publicación de Arroyo, este quedó inhabilitado de manera permanente de la aplicación, lo cual según indica él, le ha traído problemas económicos a su familia ya que ellos dependían de lo que él generaba trabajando como chofer de Uber.
