Operan por problema cardiaco a jugador de la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense
El defensor de 23 años fue intervenido el pasado 19 de noviembre.
Este viernes 2 de diciembre la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense (LDA), informó por medio de un comunicado que su defensa Alexis Gamboa de 23 años, fue intervenido quirúrgicamente debido a un problema cardiaco.
Según indico la institución a Gamboa lo operaron el pasado 19 de noviembre en el Hospital Metropolitano, en Lindora, Santa Ana, pero no fue hasta este viernes que le realizaron la respectiva valoración postoperatoria en el Departamento de Cardiología, la cual arrojó resultados favorables para su recuperación.
En dicha cita al defensa le realizaron exámenes de protocolo, por lo que esperan que este pueda reincorporase a los trabajos con el equipo la próxima semana.
Y es que para nadie es un secreto que la temporada pasada cuando el equipo estaba bajo el mando de Fabián Coito, Alexis fue bastante regular, tanto en la apertura 2022, como en la como en la Liga Concacaf 2022.
Con respecto al padecimiento de Gamboa, tal parece que el jugador de la Liga, padecía del síndrome de Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW), el cual es un trastorno de la conducción o bloqueo cardíaco que puede hacer que el corazón lata con mucha velocidad o con un ritmo irregular.
De ir todo bien con el defensa, este podría participar sin problemas el próximo torneo.
