Dictámenes médicos presentados por defensa de Mélida Solis indican que tiene un aneurisma
Los abogados manifestaron que no solicitan la libertad de la empresaria solo piden que se mejoren las condiciones en las que se encuentra recluida.
Los abogados de Mélida Solís, propietaria de la constructora H.Solís, continúan a la espera de que se resuelva el incidente de enfermedad que presentaron ante el Juzgado Penal de Hacienda del Segundo Circuito Judicial de San José.
La defensa de la empresaria asegura, y lo ha demostrado por medio de dictámenes médicos, que Solís padece de una enfermedad cardiovascular degenerativa, un aneurisma, por lo que solicitan mejorar las condiciones en las que se encuentra recluida en el Centro de Atención Integral (CAI) Vilma Curling, mejor conocido como El Buen Pastor.
“La incidencia en este momento continúa en su trámite. Es un incidente por enfermedad y también es un incidente humanitario tiene un contenido de ambas circunstancias uno del 485 del Código Procesal Penal y el otro del 486 bis del Código Procesal Penal también”, declaró el abogado Simón Angulo, uno de los defensores de Solís, al noticiero de Canal 7.
En este momento la Fiscalía y el Juzgado Penal han hecho todo lo pertinente para que se hagan las pericias médicas, pero también que se contemplen una serie de preguntas referentes tanto a la salud de doña Mélida como el centro penitenciario. Por cuestiones de confidencialidad y además de seguridad evidentemente no podemos revelarlas ante la prensa”, agregó el jurista.
“Tienen que ver mucho ambas circunstancias porque evidentemente estamos ante un derecho de la salud de una paciente que está delicada, que está a la espera de esa información que evidentemente tanto el Juzgado Penal como el CAI tienen que resguardar la salud de las personas que tienen bajo su responsabilidad. No estamos solicitando la libertad de doña Mélida, es un cumplimento distinto bajo la modalidad de prisión preventiva”, agregó Angulo.
Quebrantos de salud
Luego de su detención por el caso “Cochinilla”, Mélida Solís Vargas, propietaria de la constructora H. Solís ha sufrido dos quebrantos de salud.
El primero fue el 22 de junio en el octavo día de la audiencia de medidas cautelares por el caso en el que figura como sospechosa.
El segundo fue 29 de julio, cuando salió de la cárcel de mujeres a realizar unas diligencias judiciales y sufrió una descompensación que la mantuvo por varias horas en el área de emergencias del Hospital Calderón Guardia
Antecedentes
Mélida Solís, fue detenida el pasado lunes 14 de junio por el caso “Cochinilla” en el que se investiga a funcionarios del Gobierno y de empresas privadas por la supuesta malversación de fondos destinados a la construcción de obra pública.
La tarde del 29 de junio fue liberada a cambio de una fianza de tres millones de dólares. La fianza fue interpuesta por la jueza Carolina Lizano, del Juzgado Penal del II Circuito Judicial de San José en la audiencia de medidas cautelares.
Como medio de pago, Solís habría presentado una garantía hipotecaria con propiedades como caución real con bienes que se encuentren valorados en el monto que se solicitó.
Sin embargo, el lunes 19 de julio el juez Hugo Porter, del Tribunal Penal del II Circuito Judicial, ordenó suspender la medida cautelar de la libertad y aseguró que debe cumplir con la prisión preventiva por cuatro meses.
