“Basta de lanzar insinuaciones sin pruebas y mentiras”, advierte Carlos Alvarado a los diputados
El mandatario aseguró que los cuestionamientos que hacen los congresistas sobre él y la primera dama, Claudia Dobles, en relación al tren eléctrico son una “canallada y cochinada”.
El presidente de la República, Carlos Alvarado, arremetió contra los diputados de varias bancadas que insinúan que él y la primera dama, Claudia Dobles, tienen un negocio con el proyecto del tren eléctrico.
“Yo creo que basta de lanzar insinuaciones sin pruebas y mentiras, eso es una cochinada. He escuchado diputados insinuando, sin ninguna prueba, que mi persona o la primera dama tenemos un negocio o algo relacionado con eso. Primero, si van a lanzar una acusación así, que me muestren la prueba, porque lanzar una acusación así sin tener pruebas es una canallada, eso es lo que es, manchar el nombre de mi esposa y el mío”, afirmó Alvarado tras celebrar la sesión del Consejo de Gobierno en Puntarenas este jueves.
“Yo veo una urgencia cada vez que salgo por Cartago, Heredia, Alajuela y San José y yo veo que todos las vemos cuando hay unas presas que nos hacen incurrir en más gastos y en menos competitividad. ¿Cuál es la urgencia? Esa es la urgencia. Cuando queremos reactivación, ¿cuál es el principal proyecto de reactivación, el más grande? Ese”, indicó.
Alvarado también se refirió a la auditoría realizada por la Contraloría General de la República (CGR) sobre el proyecto, la cual determinó que el Instituto Costarricense de Ferrocarriles (Incofer) incurrió en riesgos importantes al brincarse etapas para acelerar el plan de concesión del tren eléctrico.
“No hay ninguna parte del informe que diga que el proyecto no va; al contrario, lo que la Contraloría emite son recomendaciones que, como ha dicho Incofer, son sujeto de estudio e incluso de incorporación. Creo que es la primera vez que se hace una auditoría en una etapa tan previa como esta; es para mejorar el proyecto y eso es lo que vamos a hacer, tomar las recomendaciones y mejorar el proyecto, pero en ningún lado de este informe se dice que no va; eso es lo que dicen los opositores del proyecto. Nosotros tomamos observaciones y seguimos adelante”, acotó Alvarado.
El jueves de la semana anterior, el mandatario firmó el Decreto Ejecutivo No 43051-MOPT que declaró el proyecto del Tren Eléctrico de Pasajeros como de interés público.
