Dueño de Busetas Heredianas pasará 18 años en prisión por tentativa de homicidio contra su socio
En el hecho también se vieron involucrados dos exfuncionarios del Ministerio de Seguridad Pública.
El Tribunal Penal de Heredia condenó la mañana de este martes a 18 años de cárcel al propietario de la empresa Busetas Heredianas, Óscar Ramírez Jiménez, por el delito de tentativa de homicidio contra uno de sus socios de apellido Garita.
De acuerdo con los hechos que probó la Fiscalía, y que fueron publicados por el medio Heredia Hoy, el ofendido en esta causa interpuso una denuncia en 1996, por el presunto delito de administración fraudulenta, en contra de Ramírez Jiménez, quien era su socio.
Esta decisión enfureció a Ramírez quien ideó un plan para asesinar a Garita.
De esta forma se presume que el imputado contó con la colaboración de otros tres hombres: Rodrigo Mora Ruiz, Luis Humberto Reyes Guerrero y Ronald Chacón Jiménez, dos de ellos funcionarios del Ministerio de Seguridad que luego salieron de la institución, para vigilar y seguir a la víctima.
El 10 de febrero de 2014, los hombres llegaron a las inmediaciones del Liceo de Heredia, donde esperaron que Garita llegara y abordara su auto. Cuando eso ocurrió, los imputados empezaron a seguir a la víctima hasta el sector de Mercedes Norte.
La Fiscalía indicó que los imputados aprovecharon que el ofendido se detuvo ya que había una señal de alto. En ese momento, uno de ellos se bajó del auto en el que viajaban, se acercó y disparó al menos en ocho oportunidades contra la víctima, quien resultó herida y logró llegar con vida al hospital San Vicente de Paul.
A partir del hecho, iniciaron una serie de investigaciones por parte del Organismo de Investigación Judicial. En noviembre de 2014 se realizaron una serie de allanamientos en Heredia, San José y Cartago donde se detuvo a los sospechosos, entre ellos, Ramírez.
Hace unos días se vivieron momentos de tensión en el interior del plantel de las Busetas Heredianas, ubicado 300 metros al sur del Mall Paseo de las Flores, en Heredia, donde se dio un enfrentamiento entre los socios de la empresa de transporte.
Un grupo de accionistas intentó ingresar al plantel y tomar posesión pero otro socio lo impidió.
A raíz del hecho la Fuerza Pública realizó un amplio operativo en el sitio con la presencia de más de 11 patrullas.
