Costa Rica no responderá a carta cargada de descalificativos e insultos del gobierno nicaragüense
El canciller costarricense Rodolfo Solano prefirió recordar la importancia de respetar la libertad de prensa en Nicaragua.
La carta cargada de descalificativos e insultos que hizo el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Nicaragua hacia Costa Rica no recibirá respuesta por parte de las autoridades gubernamentales.
“Sobre la nota de prensa que ha circulado no tengo mayor comentario que señalar, más bien aprovecho para reiterar lo que con profunda preocupación hemos manifestado, llamando a un respeto a la institucionalidad democrática, a los derechos humanos y a la libertad de expresión en Nicaragua”, indicó el canciller costarricense Rodolfo Solano Quirós.
Al Gobierno de Daniel Ortega no le hizo nada de gracia que Solano Quirós se pronunciara y condenara el allanamiento a las instalaciones del periódico La Prensa el viernes anterior, por eso mediante una nota diplomática arremetió contra la administración de Carlos Alvarado.
El canciller tico manifestó que “la libertad de prensa debe ser respetada y defendida. Constituye un pilar fundamental de la institucionalidad democrática. Condenamos los actos contra el diario La Prensa y reiteramos nuestro llamado a respetar los derechos humanos y la libertad de expresión en Nicaragua”.
La Cancillería Nicaragüense tilda a Costa Rica de tener “un notorio afán de mostrarse superiores y de menoscabar a sus semejantes como si de súbditos se tratara, recordamos a esa hermana república – Costa Rica- y a su pueblo, que tanto respeto nos merece, que Nicaragua es soberana, y no es, ni será nunca más, colonia de nadie”.
La nota añade que Costa Rica reproduce “en sus gestos y palabras, los aires pretenciosos de una Europa caducante que también a ellos ven de menos, caen en una facha grandilocuente y ridícula, de la que los coregionales, con disimulo o sin él, nos reímos abundantemente”.
Nicaragua continuó arremetiendo contra Costa Rica, llamándola “furullera y farandulera”, y la señala de carecer de “autoridad alguna para juzgar a otros”, mientras la acusa de “racismo y extremismo, acosando de manera particular a migrantes y trabajadores nicaragüenses, a quienes avasallan, maltratan y esclavizan, aun sexualmente, usándolos cuando les interesa, para paupérrimos exhibicionismos con estrategias sociales y políticas ‘protectoras’, del diente al labio, como dicen”.
En la misiva la administración de Ortega tildó de “fachadistas” al Gobierno de Carlos Alvarado, sus instituciones y organismos y les recordó que “nadie le ha dado justificación para tanto alarde y fachentada”.
“Nada ni nadie les ha concedido derechos sobre nosotros, los hermanos, vecinos o no, y nadie les ha facultado a exhibir farsantemente, pretensiones y arrogancias inexplicables. Sabemos que no tienen autoridad alguna para juzgar a otros, menos cuando no son capaces, por ancianas y antañas vanidades, de ver los humanos defectos, la viga, en sus propios ojos y entornos”, añade el documento.
La Cancillería del vecino país exigió a Costa Rica: “Que se ocupen, denuncien y respondan ante el mundo, esos llamados organismos, creados al gusto del cliente, porque la pura verdad son negocios fraudulentos, que respondan, decimos, por su propio deber de proteger los derechos humanos de trabajadores costarricenses y de los miles de migrantes trabajadores nicaragüenses que se ven obligados a vender hasta su cuerpo, a traficar para comer y a mendigar, dando pena ajena y propia, en esa Costa Rica “pura vida”, donde todo es mentira y todo está a la venta, incluyendo la dignidad humana”.
Por último la Cancillería le sugirió a nuestro país que deberían unirse en pro de la búsqueda de la independencia.
“Debería unirnos, que debería mostrar con orgullo caminos de independencia, dejando atrás las divertidas, tragicómicas, genuflexiones y servilismos, que desgraciadamente todavía se usan, creyendo ganar cielos made in Hollywood, que se inventan como buenos embusteros, perdiendo, en el camino al infierno, el alma que debería salvarse”, concluye la misiva.
