Cartaginés tiene 23 días para evitar perder el Estadio “Fello” Meza
Fiduciaria inició el proceso de remate de la propiedad donde se ubica la casa del club brumoso.
La propiedad donde se ubica el estadio José Rafael “Fello” Meza Ivankovich, casa del Club Sport Cartaginés, se encuentra en proceso de remate.
Así lo dio a conocer la empresa STCR Costa Rica Trust and Escrow Limited Sociedad Anónima mediante un espacio pagado publicado en el periódico La Nación, este lunes 16 de agosto.
Dentro de los detalles explica las condiciones del proceso.
“La finca antes descrita saldrá en remate por un precio base de primer subasta de $2,574,686. (…) El oferente interesado deberá cancelar el 50% del monto base y tendrá un mes para cancelar la totalidad”, indica el campo pagado.
El Estadio “Fello” Meza fue inaugurado en agosto de 1949 y fue remodelado en 1973.
“Es parte de un proceso que estoy resolviendo”
El gerente del club brumoso, Leonardo Vargas, aseguró al medio CRHoy.com que tiene conocimiento del proceso y que está realizando las gestiones para evitar el remate del estadio.
“Es parte de un proceso que estoy resolviendo y que voy a resolver, son cosas que pasan”, aseguró.
Esta no es la primera vez en que el Club Sport Cartaginés pasa por una situación de este tipo. En 2017, tuvo que cancelar una cifra superior a los 100 millones de colones para evitar el remate del estadio.
