Mélida Solís vuelve a aislamiento en cárcel “El Buen Pastor”
Propietaria de la constructora H. Solís deberá reiniciar un nuevo protocolo de aislamiento de 14 días.
Luego de pasar la noche en un centro médico de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), la empresaria Mélida Solís, regresó a la Centro de Atención Integral (CAI), Vilma Curling, mejor conocida como El Buen Pastor.
“Por protocolo Covid (persona privada de libertad proveniente del exterior del centro) reinicia un nuevo periodo de aislamiento de 14 días”, informó el Ministerio de Justicia y Paz.
En horas de la tarde, Solís, indićo que se sentía mal de salud por lo que fue valorada por un médico privado por orden de un juez quien posteriormente ordenó trasladarla hasta el centro médico de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS).
Solís, de 61 años de edad, padece de arteriosclerosis que es la acumulación de grasas, colesterol y otras sustancias dentro de las arterias y sobre sus paredes.
Antecedentes
La tarde del 29 de junio fue liberada a cambio de una fianza de tres millones de dólares. La fianza fue interpuesta por la jueza Carolina Lizano, del Juzgado Penal del II Circuito Judicial de San José en la audiencia de medidas cautelares.
Como medio de pago, Solís habría presentado una garantía hipotecaria con propiedades como caución real con bienes que se encuentren valorados en el monto que se solicitó.
Sin embargo, el lunes 19 de julio el juez Hugo Porter, del Tribunal Penal del II Circuito Judicial, ordenó suspender la medida cautelar de la libertad y aseguró que debe cumplir con la prisión preventiva por cuatro meses.
