Mélida Solís se presenta a los tribunales para cumplir prisión preventiva
Empresaria fue detenida luego de su ingreso a los Tribunales del II Circuito Judicial en Goicoechea.
La dueña de la constructora H.Solís, Mélida Solís, se entregó la mañana de este lunes a las autoridades luego de que se anulara su fianza de $3 millones y se estableciera que debe cumplir con la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva.
Solís, imputada en el caso “Cochinilla”, llegó minutos después de las 10:00 a.m. a los Tribunales del II Circuito Judicial en Goicoechea. La empresaria fue detenida luego de su ingreso a los tribunales, informó el portal de noticias Teletica.com.
Solís, fue detenida el pasado lunes 14 de junio por el caso “Cochinilla” en el que se investiga a funcionarios del Gobierno y de empresas privadas por la supuesta malversación de fondos destinados a la construcción de obra pública.
La tarde del 29 de junio fue liberada a cambio de una fianza de $3 millones. La fianza fue interpuesta por la jueza Carolina Lizano, en la audiencia de medidas cautelares.
Sin embargo, este lunes el juez Hugo Porter, ordenó suspender la medida cautelar de la libertad y aseguró que tanto Solís como el empresario Carlos Cerdas, de la constructora MECO, deben cumplir con la prisión preventiva por cuatro meses.
Con respecto a Cerdas, el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) informó que lo detuvo a las 9:20 a.m. en las cercanías de Multiplaza Escazú mientras viajaba con su abogado en un vehículo.
El empresario de MECO ya se encuentra en las celdas judiciales.
