La dura confesión de Linda Liz: “Mi “padre” abusó de mí desde los seis años”

Hace unos días, se dio a conocer la noticia de que el tercer juicio contra el padre de la joven de 28 años, Carlos Solano Zúñiga, por cometer presuntos abusos sexuales contra Linda Liz fue anulado y que ahora deberá empezar de cero. Cabe destacar que este proceso judicial ha durado más de nueve años.
“Me honra haber recibido tantos mensajes con historias de otras mujeres que, como yo, han sufrido abusos sexuales y se han visto defraudadas por el sistema legal de nuestro país”, agregó.
En la publicación, Linda Liz expresó su descontento con el accionar del sistema judicial costarricense.
“Hace unos meses, y por causa de las artimañas legales de mi agresor, me vi obligada a iniciar nuevamente otro juicio. Decidí intentar una vez más hacer justicia, en un caso que se extendió nuevamente más de lo que debía, porque mi agresor se aprovechó de los vacíos legales en nuestro sistema para evitar responsabilizarse”, añadió.
Linda Liz aseguró que ahora: “Una extraña coincidencia obliga a anular el juicio y me impide cerrar este ciclo que ya me ha robado demasiados años de vida”.
“¿Qué es lo que pido? Que en los casos de delitos sexuales se pueda proteger a la víctima de estas pequeñas fallas legales que nos humillan, nos exponen y dejan a nuestros agresores en la impunidad”, concluyó la joven.
Lynda Díaz, aseguró que el juez que lleva el caso sufrió un accidente, por ese motivo se anuló el juicio. La noticia llenó de furia a la exmodelo.
“Referente al caso de Linda Liz teníamos juicio este lunes próximo, ya era el final del juicio y simple y sencillamente llegó una notificación que el juez principal del juicio había tenido un accidente y que el juicio se anulaba. ¿Qué significa esto? Que el violador de mis hijas queda libre”, aseguró Díaz en un video publicado en su cuenta de Instagram.
“Una de dos, o compraron el proceso o verdaderamente el juez se accidentó o le causaron el accidente al juez yo no sé”, agregó.
