ICE asegura que no regaló maquinaria en remate a H.Solís y MECO
El Sindicato de Ingenieros y Profesionales del ICE aseguró que los equipos fueron vendidos a un 10 % del costo.
Por medio de un comunicado de prensa, el Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), aseguró que las constructoras MECO y H. Solís no resultaron beneficiadas con 10 vagonetas en remate que la entidad gubernamental puso en venta.
La aclaración del Instituto responde a una nota que publicó Diario Extra, el viernes anterior, en la que se informó que el Sindicato de Ingenieros y Profesionales del ICE (SIICE) aseguró que los equipos fueron vendidos a un 10 % del costo.
“El estado de la maquinaria, así como toda su descripción técnica, se detallaron en el cartel de venta de SICOP, donde se mencionan los procesos de avalúo, dentro de los parámetros permitidos por la ley”, agrega el comunicado.
El ICE aclaró que: “El precio base de remate se fijó según el avalúo realizado por un equipo de peritaje, tomando en cuenta criterios como horas operativas, estado de conservación y grado de obsolescencia, valor neto de reposición, depreciación y sistemas de funcionamiento”.
El ICE generó ₡2.200 millones en ingresos producto de la venta de las diez vagonetas en remate.
Las constructoras MECO y H.Solís forman parte del expediente judicial del caso “Cochinilla” que investiga a funcionarios del Gobierno y de empresas privadas por la supuesta malversación de fondos destinados a la construcción de obras públicas.
