Diputados aprueban, en primer debate, crédito con el FMI por $1.778 millones
El segundo debate se realizará cuando los legisladores regresen de vacaciones, el 12 de julio.
Antes de irse a vacaciones los diputados de la República aprobaron en primer debate la tarde de este jueves el empréstito por $1778 millones provenientes del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI).
La iniciativa fue aprobada con 38 votos a favor y 6 en contra. El segundo debate se realizará cuando los legisladores regresen de vacaciones, el 12 de julio.
Este proyecto fue dictaminado en la Comisión de Hacendarios a finales del pasado mes de abril.
Sobre el empréstito
Tipo de préstamo: Facilidad Servicio Ampliado (SAF, en inglés).
Prestatario: Ministerio de Hacienda.
Tasa de interés Anual, conformada por la tasa de interés de referencia de los DEG (actualmente la referencia es de 0,050%) más 2%. La tasa estimada actualmente es de 2,050%.
Plazo del crédito: Hasta 10 años.
Período de gracia: Hasta cuatro años.
Período de amortización: Hasta seis años, con pagos semestrales.
Plazo de desembolso: Hasta tres años.
Comisión de compromiso: 0,30% anual del monto programado a desembolsar. Se reembolsa si se gira durante el período.
Cargo por servicio: 0,50% sobre el monto desembolsado.
