Expareja de Eva Morera: “A mi hijo le quiero pedir disculpas. Arruiné su vida”
Sospechoso de asesinar a la joven de 19 años aseguró estar arrepentido de sus actos.
El sospechoso del asesinato de Eva Morera Ulloa, de apellidos Garita Oviedo, brindó su declaración al final del juicio que se sigue en su contra en la sala cuatro de los Tribunales de Heredia. En su intervención pidió perdón al hijo de ambos y a la familia de la joven además aseguró que siempre ha reconocido sus actos.
“Yo aquí no vengo a mentir, desde el principio me he hecho cargo de mis actos. Hacer una cosa de esas (matar a Eva Morera) nunca pasó por mi mente”, aseguró el hombre.
“A mi hijo le quiero pedir disculpas. Arruiné su vida, le quité a su madre que era su gran apoyo (…). Doña Alina perdóneme por lo que pasó, nunca fue mi intención. Su hija era una gran persona, una mujer inteligente, hermosa, amigable, amable, especial, no había una mujer tan especial como ella”, declaró el sospechoso.
“Pero usted sabía el carácter que tenía su hija cuando se enojaba. Su hija llegó a decir tantas cosas que realmente le llegan a uno el corazón, que me dolieron, pero nunca fue mi intención hacerle daño”, agregó.
El hombre manifestó estar arrepentido de lo ocurrido y aseguró que es consciente de sus errores: “Sé que a todo el mundo le cause daño, pero quiero decirles que nunca fue mi intención (…). Yo soy consciente de mis errores, de mis acciones, desde el primer momento acepté mi culpa y la verdad yo nunca pensé que fuera pasar una cosa así”
“Entonces, les quiero pedir perdón de corazón, ojalá algún día me puedan perdonar”, concluyó Oviedo.
Será el próximo martes 22 de junio cuando se dé a conocer el Por Tanto contra el sospechoso contra quien la Fiscalía y la parte querellante, representada por el Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres (Inamu), solicitaron 42 años de cárcel.
Pidieron 35 años por el homicidio calificado, tres años por desobediencia y cuatro por portación ilegal de arma de fuego permitida.
