“Eva Morera quería salir, pero el imputado no la dejaba”, asegura testigo
Especialista en escenas de crimen del OIJ fue el primer testigo en el juicio por la muerte de la joven en 2019.
El agente Carlos Robinson, especialista en escenas de crimen del Organismo de Investigación Judicial indicó que Eva Morera, de 19 años y quien aparentemente fue asesinada por su exnovio, intentó salir de la habitación minutos antes del homicidio.
Robinson, fue el primer testigo este jueves en la sala 4 de los Tribunales de Justicia en Heredia, donde se lleva a cabo el juicio contra un hombre de apellidos Garita Oviedo de 28 años.
“Eva quería salir, pero el imputado no la dejaba”, indicó Robinson.
Golpes y heridas
Los investigadores a cargo del caso de Eva Morera, indicaron que aquel fatídico viernes 1° de noviembre de 2019, a la joven le propinaron un fuerte golpe en el mentón. Llegaron a esta conclusión porque había mucha sangre en la herida, que pudo ser provocada por un golpe con un puño o con la misma arma que le dispararon.
También le confirmó a los jueces que la muerte de Eva fue producto de un homicidio.
Ronald Zúñiga, fiscal del caso, indicó que son muchos los elementos de prueba para demostrar la culpabilidad de Garita Oviedo y que la prueba testimonial ha sido abundante.
Para este viernes se espera que el Ministerio Público inicie con el periodo de conclusiones.
